We strive to ensure your olfactory experience is exceptional; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane seal.

Return Process

  Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original boutique box and protective outer shipping carton to ensure the bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
